Where fitness takes flight.

Aerial fitness offers a unique and captivating experience that allows you to defy gravity and express yourself creatively. It provides a combination of physical challenges, artistic expression, and a sense of accomplishment. Whether you’re interested in fitness, performance, or simply exploring a new form of self-expression, I’m your guide.

I first discovered aerial fitness in 2012 following the birth of my second child. While seeking a new fitness regimen that was fun yet challenging, I quickly realized that pole fitness gave me the workout and excitement I was looking for. I later added on other aerial apparatuses including lyra, sling, and silks to my weekly schedule.

I’ve been an active aerial instructor since 2020. I leverage my patience, enthusiasm, experience, and knowledge to support and encourage my students on their aerial journey. My classes are small and intimate to allow for a more personalized experience while still building strength, confidence, and friendships. Each class concentrates on conditioning specific muscle groups to develop skills that establish a strong foundation of grace, athleticism, and strength in a fun and exciting way.

I'm a certified personal trainer through the National Personal Training Institute and CPR/AED and First Aid certified. I'm always finding ways to further my education, understanding, and passion for the aerial arts.
