I’m so excited to have you here! Aerial fitness is a one-of-a-kind journey where you get to defy gravity, challenge your body, and express yourself in ways you never thought possible. Whether you’re looking for a fitness challenge, exploring performance arts, or simply seeking a fun way to boost your confidence, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
My journey with aerial fitness began in 2012, after the birth of my second child. I was searching for something that combined fun with a real challenge—and pole fitness delivered just that. The excitement, strength-building, and artistic expression were everything I needed. Over time, I added lyra, sling, and silks to my routine, and the aerial world became a huge part of my life.
Since 2020, I’ve been fortunate to teach aerial fitness and share my passion with others. As an instructor, I focus on small, intimate classes to ensure personalized guidance while fostering strength, confidence, and a sense of community. Each class is designed to build a solid foundation of athleticism and grace, all while having a blast!
As a certified personal trainer with CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, I’m always striving to expand my knowledge and passion for aerial arts, ensuring that I can offer the best experience to my students.
